Today I had an opportunity to participate in filming a commercial for the Murfreesboro Genghis Grill. They asked me to be involved and grabbed a few shots of me giving my experience in the Health Kwest, my favorite healthy bowl options, information about the website (including nutritional information, submitting bowl ideas, and signing up for a birthday bowl), and comments on the quality and taste of the food. I had a great time and was happy to give my honest input.
I used the experience to speak with some customers that were in the restaurant and share my experience with them. Many were surprised that I could lose weight eating such great food.
