The competition has three parts:
50% is percentage of weight loss
25% is social media activity
25% is public voting
For those of you who would like to take it a step further in your support, you can help in the social media aspect. I will be posting every day on the Genghis Grill Fan Page. You must Like the fan page to be able to vote, and if you add me as a friend on Facebook, my progress updates will show up in your news feed.
