I'm anticipating a good meal, filled with fish, Mahi Mahi, citrus garlic herb, and several selections of green vegetables. It's my dad's first visit to Genghis Grill, so I'm going to steer him to the spicy side of the menu, probably steak or beef for him. I'll also be showing them how to make Heart Healthy bowls and how easy it is to limit the sugar. Many of my bowls hover around 4g sugar utilizing the Khan Pao sauce, and under 800mg sodium.
I'm excited to eat dinner with my parents. It's rare since my dad usually works nights and I work a regular 8-5 schedule. Good pictures to come of our Heart Healthy bowls from Genghis Grill!
