You can see in the pictures that the ladies at Genghis Grill missed me while they were on spring break. Now they're back and excited to help me win this khantest!
I mixed up the protein tonight - Mahi Mahi, chicken, and a little calamari. Seasoned with cayenne and cajun, topped with cilantro, spinach, green beans, broccoli, snap peas, and placed on brown rice. You know I love the green veggies! I used a scoop of Khan Pao sauce for some good flavor.
The totals came to 545 calories, 65g protein, 52g carbs, 10g fiber, 4g fat, 380mg cholesterol, and 1200mg sodium. I was focused on getting protein, since I did a session of P90X tonight... which caused the sodium to be higher than I'm used to. I noticed - drank 6 glasses of water with dinner!
I was surprised at the energy I had afterwards. Went home, and did more P90X. BRING IT!
