Today's bowl contained a serving of Fish and Chicken, spiced up with Cayenne, Crushed Red Pepper, GG Peppers, and Jalapenos with crunchy celery, steamed broccoli, and two servings of garlic water. I added a little extra spice: Asian Chili sauce, just a tablespoon in the ramekin with garlic water. This very FILLING bowl came to a total of only 286.66 calories, 41.85g protein, 17.5g carbs, 5.5g fat, 3.5g sat. fat, 120mg cholesterol, and 680mg sodium.
I panicked when my bowl was delivered to my seat - I forgot my phone at home! Brooke, my favorite Genghis Grill Warrior, was gracious enough to let me use her cell phone to grab a picture of my masterpiece meal. Disaster avoided!
