I'm eating Genghis Grill for lunch and dinner today. My heart healthy bowls are focused on high protein, high carb intake with low sugars. The protein and carbs are necessary fuel for my muscles during their recovery.
I called today's bowl Protein and Peppers! With two helpings of fish and one of chicken, I added Cayenne Pepper and Crushed Red Pepper seasonings, with GG Peppers and Jalapeno peppers to the bowl with Spinach, Snap Peas, and Cilantro. Two good helpings of Garlic water and half a ladle of Khan Pao sauce (since it only has 1g sugar per serving).
